To ensure a safe, fair, and supportive environment, you can utilize this resource to report:

YES! You can submit a report regarding serious concerns, incidents, or violations while remaining entirely anonymous.
The IAC SHIELD Resource and Support Center only requires a brief overview and details regarding the incident so our dedicated team and partners can begin evaluating the situation and determining the most effective avenue for resolution and support.
How Your Privacy is Protected:
  • Complete Information Control: While our digital platform logs high-level analytical data for statistical and reporting purposes, IAC SHIELD operates under strict confidentiality protocols. Only the specific information you choose to type into the form will be shared with our support team and relevant internal case managers.
  • Optional Contact Info: If you would like our team or designated liaisons to contact you directly to offer tailored support, follow up on details, or guide you through next steps, you have the option to provide your name, phone number, or email address. Otherwise, you may leave those fields completely blank.

IAC SHIELD Resource & Support Center through a third-party provider, utilizes the latest in 128-bit encryption technology. No data mining or off-site web hosting is used. All of your report information is kept in our highly secured facility.

To follow-up on a report you have already submitted, Click on the button ‘Follow-Up Report’ found on the homepage of MyComplianceReport.com. Enter your Report Number and password, then click ‘Next’. If a resolution has been provided by your company it will be available. 

If you do not already have a Report Number, but do have knowledge of serious violations, perceived or known in the work environment, you will need to create a New Report. Once your report has been generated, you will be given a Report Number. You will then be able to check the status of your report by logging in at MyComplianceReport.com using your Access Code and Report Number.

Unfortunately, if you have lost or forgotten your Report Number you will need to begin a New Report. For security and confidentiality reasons, we are not able to retrieve lost Report Numbers.
